摘要:
作为受阻胺光稳定剂(HALS)的重要中间体,2-氯-4,6-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪 (CDTMTZ)本身也是一种光稳定剂,是合成其它高分子量光稳定剂的基础.通过实验考证了溶剂、物料配比、添加方式及不同反应阶段的温度、时间等因素的影响;通过对产物的熔点及元素分析,得出了用水作溶剂时,理论配比下两次加料,反应阶段Ⅰ温度5~8 ℃、时间2 h;反应阶段Ⅱ温度80 ℃、时间24 h,得到了CDTMTZ一水合物,熔点(223.8 ℃~226.4 ℃)及元素分析结果均与相关文献较
Abstract:
As an important intermediate of hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), 2-chloro-4,6-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine (CDTMTZ) is also a light stabilizer and is the basis for the synthesis of other high molecular weight light stabilizers. Through experiments, the influence of solvent, material ratio, addition method, temperature, time and other factors of different reaction stages was investigated. Through the melting point and elemental analysis of the product, it is concluded that when using water as a solvent, the material is added twice under the theoretical ratio, and the temperature of the reaction stage I. is 5~8 °C and the time is 2 h; In the reaction stage II, the temperature was 80 °C and the time was 24 h, and the CDTMTZ monohydrate was obtained, and the melting point (223.8 °C~226.4 °C) and elemental analysis results were compared with the relevant literature
