摘要:
研究了在往复机械和振动机械故障诊断中非常有效的包络分析,分析了描绘包络线的过程,让计算机能够自动抓取包络线的特征点,在此基础上,经过去均值、光滑不等距插值等处理逐阶分解拟合信号,能很好地提取各阶包络信号,为故障诊断提供了一种有力的分析工具.经过对模拟信号和工程信号的分析,证明本文方法是有效可行的.
Abstract:
The envelope analysis, which is very effective in the fault diagnosis of reciprocating machinery and vibration machinery, analyzes the process of depicting the envelope, so that the computer can automatically grasp the feature points of the envelope, on this basis, after de-averaging, smooth unequal distance interpolation and other processing step by step decomposition of the fitting signal, it can well extract the envelope signal of each order, which provides a powerful analysis tool for fault diagnosis. After the analysis of analog signal and engineering signal, it is proved that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
