摘要:
针对一般PID控制算法在线调整PID的三个参数难度较大的问题,研究了PID控制的参数模糊自整定方法,即根据偏差和偏差变化率与PID三个参数的模糊关系,进行参数模糊自整定.该方法具有通用性和适应性强,参数容易整定,控制效果好等特点.并应用在WK-1型温度控制系统上,进行了实时控制实验,取得了很好的控制效果.
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for the general PID control algorithm to adjust the three parameters of PID online, the fuzzy autotuning method of PID control parameters is studied, that is, according to the fuzzy relationship between the deviation and the deviation change rate and the three parameters of PID, the parameter fuzzy autotuning is carried out. The method has the characteristics of versatility and adaptability, easy parameter tuning, and good control effect. And applied to WK-1 temperature control system, real-time control experiment was carried out, and a good control effect was achieved.
