依据压铸模具浇口计算的基本原理,给出了内浇口截面积和内浇口内金属液流动速度的计算公式.利用传热学理论,在假定的平板铸件上,推导了型腔填充时间计算式,这些算式是压铸过程的流动模拟与温渡场模拟的重要理论依据,并初步分析了确定内浇口截面积的主要影响因素

According to the basic principle of die casting mold gate calculation, the calculation formula of the cross-sectional area of the inner gate and the flow velocity of molten metal in the inner gate is given. Using the heat transfer theory, the cavity filling time calculation formulas are derived from the hypothetical flat castings, which are important theoretical basis for the flow simulation and temperature crossing field simulation of the die casting process, and the main influencing factors for determining the cross-sectional area of the inner gate are preliminarily analyzed
