用合成的高纯度Alq3制备出单层小分子器件ITO/Alq3/Al。在不同工作条件下,测试了器件亮度随时间的变化,讨论了不同真空度、不同湿度、不同温度和不同工作电压对器件工作寿命的影响。

Use the synthetic high -purity Alq3 to prepare a single -layer small molecular device ITO / ALQ3 / AL. Under different working conditions, the brightness of the device is tested over time, and the effects of different vacuum, different humidity, different temperatures, and different working voltage on the work life of the device are discussed.
