The technical route of a shaft -flowing paddle -type water turbine was changed to a manual paddle -type water turbine, and the working conditions of the water turbine before and after the transformation were analyzed. This transformation has a wide range of application prospects. It is of reference for the technical transformation of the old power station and the selection of water turbines of the new power station.
