目前一般工业与民用建筑上下水管道多采用钢铁材质。这类管道若处在高湿度或酸量浓度较大的空气中,易发生锈腐现象。有些虽经防腐防锈处理,但往往难以达到保护目的,给用户带来麻烦。防止钢铁质管道腐蚀的关键在于防腐膜。只有设法造就一种裹附强度高,且又适应潮湿耐腐耐氧化的保护层才能胜任。经过反复分析研究试验,探索到两种简易经济的处理方法,①在安装管道之前,作热裹附防腐处理;②对正在使用中且已生锈的管道作防腐去锈处理。使用这两种防腐防锈方法,能够达到一劳永逸之功效。

At present, the upper and lower water pipelines of general industries and civil buildings are mostly made of steel. If such pipelines are in air with a large high humidity or acidity concentration, rust and rust occurs. Although some of them are treated with anticorrosive rust, it is often difficult to achieve the purpose of protection and cause trouble for users. The key to preventing corrosion of steel pipelines is anti -corrosion membrane. Only by trying to create a protective layer with a highly attached intensity and adapting to humidity, corrosion and oxidation and resistance can we be competent. After repeated analysis and research test, explore two simple economic treatment methods, ① Before installing the pipeline, it is used as a thermal wrap with anti -corrosion treatment; The use of these two anticorrosive rust and anti -rust methods can achieve once and for all.
