本文讨论了较大的内齿轮变位系数对内齿轮弯曲强度和内齿轮副顶隙的影响;本文还讨论了内齿轮是否会发生根切。本文给出了新的检算外齿轮齿顶和内齿轮齿根间顶隙的表格,该表是根据理论与实践分析和利用电子计算机进行大量计算的基础上建立的。利用该表和笔者以前的论文能方便地从工厂中已准备好的插齿刀中选出合适的插齿刀,以便于生产。
- Abstract:

The influence of large internal gear displacement coefficient on internal gear bending strength and internal gear pair tip clearance is discussed in this paper.This paper also discusses whether root cutting occurs in the internal gear.This paper presents a new table for checking the clearance between the tip of the outer gear and the tip of the inner gear. The table is established on the basis of theoretical and practical analysis and computer calculation.Using this table and the author’s previous papers, the suitable gear shaper can be easily selected from the prepared gear shaper in the factory, so as to facilitate production.
